 This role supports the design, programming, and implementation of automated control systems within large-scale warehousing and material handling environments.  Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 System Design &amp; Development:
 
 Design and develop industrial control systems including PLC programs, HMIs, and integration with sensors, actuators, and other automation components.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 PLC Programming:
 
 Write, test, and debug PLC code (Rockwell RSLogix, Siemens TIA Portal) for automation and process control applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 HMI Development:
 
 Create user-friendly operator interfaces for real-time monitoring and control.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 System Integration:
 
 Connect systems using industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, DeviceNet, API integrations).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Commissioning &amp; Troubleshooting:
 
 Perform on-site commissioning, testing, and system validation; resolve control and integration issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Documentation:
 
 Maintain accurate functional design specs, test procedures, and as-built documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Technical Support:
 
 Provide expertise during installation and ongoing operation.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaboration:
 
 Partner with engineering, coordination, project management, and finance teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within scope.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Safety Compliance:
 
 Adhere to all workplace and equipment safety standards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience designing and programming PLC-based control systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience (not open to new graduates), ideally seeking candidates with 2-5 years in PLC programming and automation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in automation environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and system layouts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work cross-functionally.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel for project commissioning and on-site support (project-dependent).
 </li>

 Position Overview
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced
 
 Project Manager
 
 to lead and oversee industrial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring quality and safety standards are met on every project. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced design-build environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage all phases of industrial construction projects, from design coordination to final turnover.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead project scheduling, resource planning, and budget tracking to ensure on-time, within-bid delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and internal design teams during pre-construction and design development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiation, and performance management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety, quality control, and field progress.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively identify and resolve design or construction conflicts to minimize risk.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and all company safety policies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have experience working on
 
 industrial, manufacturing, or cold storage
 
 projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven background in managing
 
 design-build
 
 project delivery is a huge plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of industrial construction types, methods, and materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
 </li>
