 Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role will support marketing activity across the London DE Group which includes global joint ventures, B2B sales and retail brands London Gold Xchange and Sylvera London.

 Key responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Design and deliver digital and print assets across the business (internal and external communications, marketing collateral, creative visuals).
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work closely with the Head of Marketing to define and evolve the visual identity of the group and retail brands.
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent use of typography, colour palettes, and visual hierarchy.
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support multi-channel campaigns, including web, email, social media, digital advertising, packaging, and event materials.
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work with external partners (e.g., printers, agencies, and freelancers) to deliver projects on time and within budget.
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Contribute creative ideas and bring a strong understanding of design trends and digital storytelling.
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 Skills &amp; Experience Required
 
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven experience in graphic/digital design (agency or in-house) with a strong portfolio of work. Prior experience in luxury goods or jewellery is favourable.
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Expertise in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; skills in video editing, animation and Webflow design are highly advantageous.
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High level of attention to detail and ability to translate brand values into compelling visuals.
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A high degree of digital literacy and comfort working across multiple platforms.
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A proactive, self-motivated designer with the ability to manage projects and deadlines independently.
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must be a UAE resident at present and have experience in the region.
