We are currently seeking qualified, enthusiastic, and adaptable tutors for English, Mathematics, and Science who are passionate about teaching and capable of engaging students both in-person and online.Key Responsibilities:Student-Centered Instruction<ul><li>Understand individual student learning goals and customize lesson plans accordingly.</li><li>Develop and deliver tailored tutoring sessions, including for VIP and premium clients.</li><li>Stay current with educational trends, tools, and methodologies.</li><li>Create lessons that connect academic content with real-world applications.</li><li>Collaborate closely with parents and academic teams to track and guide student progress.</li><li>Participate in promotional and marketing initiatives, including social media content creation.</li><li>Represent London Educational Centre in public events and high-level stakeholder interactions.</li></ul>Academic Delivery &amp; Support<ul><li>Conduct interactive and engaging classes that simplify complex topics.</li><li>Assist students with homework and exam-based assignments.</li><li>Incorporate revision into regular sessions to reinforce learning.</li><li>Provide constructive and timely feedback to enhance student performance.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Collaborate with fellow tutors to share best practices and support each other.</li><li>Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning atmosphere.</li><li>Report daily or weekly student progress.</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents when necessary to provide updates or address concerns.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:General Requirements (All Subjects):<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of recent teaching experience (Grades 1&ndash;12).</li><li>Master's degree in a relevant subject (English, Maths, or Science).</li><li>Strong lesson planning and communication skills.</li><li>Positive, flexible, and student-focused teaching style.</li><li>High motivation and ability to work independently and in teams.</li><li>Strong organizational and presentation skills.</li></ul>Additional Requirements by Subject:For Maths &amp; Science Tutors:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in a relevant subject preferred.</li><li>Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience teaching Grades 10, 11, and 12 under IGCSE, A-Level, IB, or SABIS curricula.</li><li>Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an added advantage.</li></ul>For English Tutors:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in English Literature.</li><li>TESOL/TEFL certification is preferred.</li><li>Proven experience in teaching IGCSE English and IELTS preparation.</li><li>Strong command of English grammar, writing, and speaking.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Opportunity to work in a growing and respected education center.</li><li>A supportive, dynamic, and multicultural work environment.</li><li>Continuous training and professional development.</li><li>Flexibility in delivery: both online and in-person teaching formats.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Type: Part-timePay: From ﷼100.00 per hourExpected hours: 5 &ndash; 100 per week
