We are seeking passionate and experienced Math Tutors to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent-Centered Instruction&gt;Identify individual student learning objectives and tailor lesson plans to their needs.&gt;Deliver engaging and customized tutoring sessions, including for VIP and premium clients.&gt;Stay current with modern teaching methodologies, tools, and trends.&gt;Connect mathematical concepts to real-life applications.&gt;Collaborate with parents and academic staff to monitor student progress.&gt;Contribute to promotional activities, including social media educational content.&gt;Represent LEC at public events and high-level stakeholder engagements.Academic Delivery &amp; Support&gt;Conduct interactive and engaging lessons that simplify complex topics.&gt;Assist students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.&gt;Incorporate revision strategies into lessons to reinforce learning.&gt;Provide timely, constructive feedback to support student achievement.Communication &amp; Collaboration&gt;Work with fellow tutors to share best practices and ensure quality delivery.&gt;Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.&gt;Prepare and submit regular student progress reports.&gt;Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates and addressing concerns.General Requirements&gt;Minimum 2 years&rsquo; teaching experience with Grades 10&ndash;12 under IGCSE, A-Level.&gt;Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Mathematics.&gt;Strong skills in lesson planning, communication, and presentation.&gt;Positive, flexible, and student-focused teaching style.&gt;Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and in teams.&gt;Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.&gt;Must hold a valid QIDWorking Schedule&gt;Days: Saturday to Thursday (Friday off).&gt;Timings: 1:00 PM &ndash; 9:00 PM.What We Offer&gt;Competitive salary starting from 4000 QAR+ ACC or 5000 QAR&gt;Attractive performance-based incentives.&gt;Opportunity to work in a respected and expanding education centre.&gt;Supportive, dynamic, and multicultural work environment.&gt;Continuous training and professional development.Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

Math Tutor

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records for all academic centers, programs, and tutoring operations.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with clear insights into revenue trends, costs, and profit gaps.</li><li>Analyze and provide cost and revenue insights across different programs, departments, and service lines (e.g., online, home, and center-based tutoring).</li><li>Advise management on cost control measures, expense optimization, and sustainable financial planning.</li><li>Develop, review, and modify incentive structures for tutors and staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and budget limits.</li><li>Plan and allocate budgets for each department, including academic, operations, marketing, and HR.</li><li>Forecast and manage financial allocations for future hires, ensuring readiness for growth and scalability.</li><li>Oversee accounts payable and receivable, tuition fee tracking, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Provide fixed asset management advice, including tracking, depreciation, and replacement schedules for educational resources and center infrastructure.</li><li>Offer insights on employee cost analysis, including tutor compensation, incentives, and benefits impact on overall budgets.</li><li>Support audits, compliance reporting, and ensure adherence to Qatar&rsquo;s financial and taxation regulations.</li><li>Provide data-driven financial guidance to management on pricing strategy, resource utilization, and profitability improvements.</li><li>Collaborate with academic and operations teams to align financial plans with institutional objectives.</li><li>Lead, train, and mentor the finance and accounting team to maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA preferred).</li><li>4&ndash;6 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the education or service industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.</li><li>Strong command of accounting software.</li><li>Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cost management.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills with a strategic approach to financial planning.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can you describe a time when you identified a cost or revenue gap in your organization?
