We are currently seeking energetic and motivated Sales and Student Relationship Officers (SROs) to join our growing team and play a key role in driving student enrolment, managing client relationships, and ensuring service excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead Conversion<ul><li>Actively follow up on assigned leads via calls and WhatsApp.</li><li>Understand customer needs before presenting our services.</li><li>Coordinate with academic staff to tailor course offerings based on individual student requirements.</li><li>Present customized learning plans and encourage enrolment through clear, value-driven communication.</li><li>Consistently meet monthly lead conversion targets.</li></ul>Data Management<ul><li>Accurately update all student and lead information in the CRM system.</li><li>Ensure complete and correct KYC data entry, including scheduling and invoicing in Teachworks.</li><li>Conduct daily verification of records across platforms to maintain 100% data accuracy.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of physical payment slips and ensure system integrity.</li></ul>Sales Target &amp; Outreach<ul><li>Drive high-volume sales and meet monthly targets set by the reporting manager.</li><li>Ensure 100% advance payments for all enrollments.</li><li>Maintain a daily sales tracker and report progress.</li><li>Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals and drive enrolment.</li></ul>4.
