 We are seeking a highly organised and proactive
 
 Backoffice
 
 
 HR &amp; Executive Support
 
 professional to join our growing team in Dubai. This role focuses on providing comprehensive administrative and operational support across Human Resources and executive functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination.
 
 
 You will play a key role in supporting HR administration, managing documentation, coordinating schedules, and assisting senior leadership with executive and office support tasks. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment and is keen to contribute to the efficiency, compliance, and overall effectiveness of a dynamic consultancy.
 
 
 
 
 
 HR &amp; People Operations Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and support UK and UAE HR processes for full-time employees across the employee lifecycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, for UK and UAE employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate visa processing and sponsorship for UK &amp; UAE-based employees in collaboration with external providers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with the recruitment team on job postings, defining role requirements, and interview coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support compensation, benefits, payroll inputs, and leave management for UK and UAE employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support performance management cycles, HR documentation, and employee records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with training and development, employee recognition programmes, and engagement initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HR policies and processes, ensuring consistency and compliance across regions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate, confidential HR records and support ad-hoc people-related projects.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Executive Assistant &amp; Business Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide dedicated Executive Assistant support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination across time zones.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a trusted point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage expenses and support administrative follow-ups.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with internal events, team meetings, and global offsites.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support ad-hoc operational and administrative projects as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven 3-6 years&rsquo; experience in an HR administration, People Operations, Executive Assistant, or similar Backoffice support role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience supporting HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ideally within professional services or consulting environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with HR systems is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to UK and/or UAE employment practices, payroll processes, and visa coordination is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
 </li>
