Responsibilities:
<p><b>
You&rsquo;ll Achieve Success By:</b></p><ul><li><b>
Managing </b><b>Front desk operations</b>, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, among other duties while providing exceptional customer service.</li><li><b>
Collecting payments </b>to support accurate billing and ensure smooth patient access to care.</li><li><b>
Maintaining accurate patient records</b> by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documentation.</li><li><b>
Answering phone calls and assisting patients</b> in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAA compliance and fostering a welcoming healthcare environment.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School Diploma/GED required</li><li>
Basic office and customer service skills</li><li>
Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required</li></ul>
