The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth office operations and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with office technology, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.Duties<ul><li>Greet patients, visitors, and staff warmly while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.</li><li>Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously.</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using office management software.</li><li>Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all office supplies are stocked and accessible.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information, and supporting patient needs with professionalism and empathy.</li></ul>Experience Candidates should possess prior office or clerical experience, preferably within a healthcare or dental setting such as a medical or dental receptionist role. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse patient populations effectively. Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry accuracy, phone etiquette, organizational skills, typing speed, and computer literacy. Experience with office management systems like QuickBooks is advantageous. A background in customer service or administrative support combined with excellent time management and proofreading skills will ensure success in this role.
