Feel free to message me if you have any questions, know any good Mexican restaurants or you've found a place that has good banana pudding.Duties<ul><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed construction plans to execute remodeling projects accurately.</li><li>Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing work with precision and efficiency.</li><li>Install doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, tile, and trim carpentry components to meet project specifications.</li><li>Operate power tools and hand tools safely for tasks such as concrete forming, masonry, stucco application, roofing, and caulking.</li><li>Manage construction site activities including heavy equipment operation, scaffolding setup, and site cleanup.</li><li>Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards through regular inspections.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers to estimate costs using construction estimating techniques and manage project timelines effectively.</li><li>Use Bluebeam or similar software for digital plan review and project documentation.</li><li>Assist in restoration projects by applying skills in concrete finishing, welding, glass installation, or hardscape work as needed.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in residential or commercial remodeling projects with a strong background in carpentry, framing, drywall finishing, or related trades.</li><li>Familiarity with construction management principles and the ability to oversee multiple phases of a project from start to finish.</li><li>Hands-on experience with construction estimating processes and blueprint reading is highly desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, masonry techniques, and roofing installation is preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently across various construction tasks.</li><li>Prior construction site experience involving heavy equipment operation or restoration projects is advantageous.</li><li>Strong understanding of schematics and technical drawings to accurately execute complex remodeling plans.
