As a Retail Field Marketing Representative, you&rsquo;ll be the face of our brand in retail stores, home shows, fairs, and community events-sparking meaningful conversations with homeowners and setting appointments for our design team.
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Engage with homeowners in retail and event settings to generate interest and appointments</li><li>
Create excitement and trust around our home improvement services</li><li>
Set qualified in-home consultation appointments for our design specialists</li><li>
Set up and manage branded displays at events and partner stores</li><li>
Achieve daily and weekly appointment goals and enjoy celebrating your wins</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
A confident communicator who enjoys connecting with others</li><li>
Persuasive and positive-you don&rsquo;t take &ldquo;no&rdquo; as the final answer</li><li>
Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently</li><li>

Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer-facing roles is a plus (but not required)</li></ul>
 Education/Experience:
Highschool Diploma/GED
Sales experience is preferred
Brand Ambassador experience is preferred
