Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various dental conditions. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our dedicated team to ensure optimal patient outcomes while maintaining a welcoming and supportive environment.Duties<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine oral health needs.</li><li>Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.</li><li>Execute dental extractions and root canal therapy as needed.</li><li>Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed in accordance with aseptic techniques.</li><li>Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options, preventive care, and post-operative instructions.</li><li>Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide exceptional patient care.</li><li>Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices through continuous education.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.</li><li>Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.</li><li>Proficiency in using dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and medical imaging.</li><li>Experience in pediatric dentistry is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with infection control standards and practices within a dental clinic setting.</li><li>Previous experience in a dental office or clinic is advantageous.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to patient care and comfort.
