The Technical Product Manager, Healthcare Interoperability &amp; Integration owns the technical integration layer connecting AppealAssist and CareAssist to customer data and EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, and others), embedded launch, data write-back, and admin/tenant configuration. This is a technically-oriented product role requiring fluency in healthcare data standards, partnering closely with engineering to deliver integration capability across both products.
Education and Experience<ul><li>
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related technical field.</li><li>
Preferred: Experience with HL7/FHIR standards, EMR integration credentials (e.g., Epic proficiency badges), or a background in health informatics.</li><li>
4+ years of product or technical product management experience, with direct experience integrating with EMR systems (Epic and/or Cerner) in a healthcare SaaS environment.</li></ul>
Knowledge<ul><li>
Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7v2, FHIR, ADT feeds) and EMR integration patterns.</li><li>
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and Confluence.</li></ul>
Skills<ul><li>
Ability to translate technical integration requirements into clear specifications for engineering.</li><li>
Strong collaboration skills working directly with customer IT/informatics teams during implementation and onboarding.</li><li>
Comfortable owning a technically deep scope shared across both products.</li><li>
Skilled at scoping integration work for new customer onboarding and estimating effort and complexity.</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause skills for integration issues spanning product and customer environments.</li></ul>
Primary Job Duties 
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:<ul><li>
Integration Ownership: Own the roadmap and requirements for EMR integration (embedded launch, write-back, data ingestion) across both AppealAssist and CareAssist.</li><li>
Onboarding Support: Scope and support integration work for new customer onboarding, including EMR-specific configuration and data mapping.</li><li>
Admin &amp; Configuration: Own requirements for admin/tenant configuration capabilities customers use to manage their own settings.</li><li>
Cross-Product Standards: Maintain consistent integration patterns across both products to avoid duplicated or divergent technical approaches.</li><li>
Engineering Partnership: Work closely with engineering to scope, sequence, and validate integration builds, including technical design discussions.</li><li>
Customer-Facing Technical Liaison: Serve as the product-side technical point of contact for customer IT/informatics teams during implementation.</li><li>
Issue Triage: Investigate and prioritize integration-related bugs and customer-reported issues with engineering and support.</li></ul></div>

The Product Support Analyst owns the front line of customer support, managing incoming service tickets for AppealAssist and CareAssist. This role is the first point of contact for customer issues &mdash; triaging, resolving, and escalating tickets accurately and quickly &mdash; and will grow alongside the support function as it matures under the Director of Product Support.
Education and Experience<ul><li>
Required: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.</li><li>
Preferred: Experience in a customer support or help desk role, ideally in SaaS or healthcare technology.</li><li>
1-3 years of customer support experience.</li></ul>
Knowledge<ul><li>
Familiarity with support ticketing systems and basic troubleshooting workflows.</li><li>
Working understanding of healthcare operations (utilization review, denials/appeals) sufficient to understand customer context, or willingness to learn quickly.</li><li>
Basic understanding of SaaS application support &mdash; log review, reproducing issues, distinguishing user error from product bugs.</li></ul>
Skills<ul><li>
Strong written communication skills for clear, professional ticket responses.</li><li>
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve straightforward issues independently.</li><li>
Good judgment on when to escalate versus resolve directly.</li><li>
Organized and able to manage a ticket queue under time pressure.</li><li>
Empathetic, customer-first communication style, especially given customers are healthcare staff working in time-sensitive environments.</li></ul>
Primary Job Duties 
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:<ul><li>
Ticket Triage: Monitor and triage incoming support tickets, prioritizing based on severity and customer impact.</li><li>
Issue Resolution: Resolve straightforward customer issues directly and document steps taken for consistency and future reference.</li><li>
Escalation: Escalate complex or product-related issues to the Director of Product Support or relevant product manager with clear reproduction steps and context.</li><li>
Documentation: Maintain accurate ticket records and contribute to a growing internal knowledge base of common issues and resolutions.</li><li>
Customer Communication: Provide timely, clear updates to customers throughout the lifecycle of their ticket.</li><li>
Trend Reporting: Flag recurring issues or patterns to the Director of Product Support to inform process or product improvements.</li></ul></div>
