 Role Overview
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re seeking a
 
 Social Media Marketing &amp; Content Manager
 
 who&rsquo;s both
 
 strategic and hands-on
 
 &mdash;someone who can concept, design, and produce engaging content that connects with retail investors. From quick-turn TikTok videos and educational Instagram carousels to bold paid banners and in-app animations, you&rsquo;ll shape how our brand shows up across channels.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to create content that drives
 
 awareness, engagement, and conversions.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 This role is based in our New York City, NY with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead
 
 end-to-end creative production
 
 for videos, static images, carousels, and animations across social, paid, email, and in-app channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate marketing briefs into
 
 visually compelling concepts
 
 that reflect our brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop content tailored to different platforms&mdash;from
 
 high-converting ads
 
 to
 
 educational and community-focused content.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the
 
 creative production calendar
 
 and ensure timely delivery of assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and product marketing managers to ensure all creatives are
 
 consistent, clear, and performance-driven.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay ahead of
 
 creative trends
 
 in fintech, retail investing, and social media to keep content fresh and relevant.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and provide direction to
 
 freelancers, designers, videographers, and agencies
 
 as needed.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What You Bring
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+years of experience in
 
 social media strategy and content creation
 
 , ideally within fintech, e-commerce, or other consumer-facing brands.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to produce
 
 both video and static creatives
 
 for paid and organic channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in design and video tools such as
 
 Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects
 
 , or similar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of
 
 social platform best practices
 
 (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional organization and multitasking skills to thrive in a
 
 fast-paced, high-growth environment.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 A strong
 
 portfolio
 
 showcasing creative storytelling, design range, and measurable results.
 </li>
