This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator. Looking for 4 to 5 years of experience.Responsibilities&middot; New/Potential client coordination using lead generationSetting up all meetingsPreparation of construction/project schedulesPreparation of BOQ&rsquo;s Final BOQ approvalsPreparing invoices / Bills and following-up on paymentsUpdating records for invoices sent and settledMaintaining updated statement of outstanding amounts as per BOQ payment schedule Receiving site instructions from Architect and issuing to site engineers and following on its completionPreparing project budget and to report over-runs Purchase - settlement - coordination of all vendors Coordinate with site engineers on required construction materials and ordering-confirming delivery Coordinating with clientsProject site visits New products - catalogs &ndash; vendorsQuantity Survey/EstimationDrafting using AutoCAD Other proactive measures to improve business.Qualifications<ul><li>B.E Civil &bull; 4-5 years of experience in construction project management or relevant fields</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication skills &bull; Experience working with a team</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
