Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool students - Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere - Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance - Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progressQualifications: - Previous 2 or more years of experience working with preschool-aged students - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices - Strong understanding of curriculum development for young children - Ability to provide quality childcare and education in a classroom setting - Excellent classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment - Genuine care for the welfare and well-being of children - Proficiency in math concepts relevant to preschool educationWe offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
