Lookout Pest Control is expanding our Nashville team and hiring driven Sales Representatives who are motivated by results, energized by customer conversations, and ready to control their income.
This isn&rsquo;t a customer service role. This is a performance-based sales position where your effort directly impacts your paycheck.

What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Convert inbound leads into new customers</li><li>
Make outbound calls to warm prospects and past inquiries</li><li>
Deliver confident, consultative service recommendations</li><li>
Provide accurate quotes and overcome objections with professionalism</li><li>
Close sales consistently and hit monthly performance goals</li><li>
Document all activity in CRM (PestPac &amp; Sales Exec)</li><li>
Partner with operations to ensure smooth customer onboarding</li><li>
Contribute to a competitive, team-focused sales environment</li></ul> 
What Makes You a Fit<ul><li>
Proven sales experience (inside sales, call center, retail sales, or similar)</li><li>
Comfortable asking for the sale and closing business</li><li>
Motivated by commission and performance metrics</li><li>
Strong communication and objection-handling skills</li><li>
Organized, disciplined, and goal-oriented</li><li>
Basic computer proficiency (Windows &amp; Microsoft Office)</li></ul>
