 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 <li>
 Drive sales growth of solar products through distributor training and customer engagement.
 
 </li>

 Expand the dealer and distributor network by onboarding high-potential partners from the solar industry and competitors.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Build long-term trust with channel partners to ensure Loom Solar remains their first choice for solar solutions.
 
 </li>
 
 
 Primary Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Meet retail shops, solar dealers, and distributors daily (minimum 10 visits) to promote Loom Solar products.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct cold calling to prospective solar dealers/customers to generate new business opportunities.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop a strong dealer network by generating leads and converting them into active partners.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate with dealers to position Loom Solar as their preferred brand, ensuring competitive edge over other solar companies.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and share customized quotations for solar product orders.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Update all visits, leads, and sales data in the company&rsquo;s sales application.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to dealer queries promptly to build strong relationships.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure 30 days&rsquo; stock availability with channel partners to support smooth order fulfillment.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Track distributor/dealer stock movement and secondary/tertiary sales of solar products.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct dealer/distributor training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and trust.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Any Graduate.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 2&ndash;5 years of experience in solar product sales / channel sales / electrical product sales.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and rooftop solar solutions.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel extensively to meet dealers and distributors.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about renewable energy.
 
 </li>

 Develop and implement HR plans to drive business outcomes.
 
 
 
 Talent Management:
 
 Provide guidance on talent management, including succession planning, performance management, and development.
 
 
 
 Change Management:
 
 Support business leaders in implementing change initiatives and managing organizational change.
