 Role Description
 
 
 
 
 1. Project Activity Monitoring &amp; Control:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead daily coordination and control of on-site activities in accordance with the master project schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the progress of all site work, identifying any deviations from the planned timeline and implementing corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively identify potential risks and delays and escalate critical issues to the Project Manager with recommended solutions.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 2. Manpower &amp; Productivity Management:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track and record daily manpower hours worked by all technicians and subcontractors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze the correlation between hours expended and the actual physical progress of activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare daily and weekly productivity reports, highlighting variances, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the Operations Manager in optimizing crew sizes and work schedules to enhance productivity and meet deadlines.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 3. Material Inspection &amp; Logistics Coordination:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Receive, inspect, and verify all materials and equipment delivered to the site against purchase orders and delivery notes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all materials meet the required specifications and quality standards before they are used or installed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage on-site material storage and inventory, reporting any shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure just-in-time delivery of materials to avoid project stoppages.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 4. Project Documentation &amp; Reporting:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain and control all project documentation, including but not limited to:
 </li>
 <li>
 Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
 </li>
 <li>
 Inspection and Test Reports (ITR)
 </li>
 <li>
 Material Delivery Receipts (MDR)
 </li>
 <li>
 Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Work Permits
 </li>
 <li>
 As-built drawings and site diaries
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all documentation is accurately completed, filed, and readily accessible for audits and client reviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and submit regular status reports to the Project Manager, summarizing progress, issues, and resource utilization.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 5. On-Site Coordination &amp; Communication:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as a key point of communication between the site team, project management, clients, and subcontractors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct daily toolbox talks and weekly coordination meetings with technicians and foremen.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Education:&nbsp;Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience:&nbsp;A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a project coordination or site supervision role, preferably within the [specify industry, e.g., construction, oil &amp; gas, telecommunications, etc.].
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical Skills:
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel for tracking and reporting is essential).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Asana) is a strong advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project schedules.
 </li>
 </ul>
