Role PurposeTo conceptualize, design, and develop functional and aesthetically appealing interiorsolutions for residential and retail fit-out projects. The role involves creating detaileddesign presentations, mood boards, 3D &amp; working drawings, and ensuring alignment withclient expectations, project timelines, and brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with sales and project teams to understand design requirements,lifestyle needs, and space usage.Develop creative and practical interior design concepts and space plans for villas,apartments, and retail outlets.Create mood boards, material palettes, 3D renders, and presentation decks.Prepare detailed drawings including furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans,lighting layouts, and joinery details.Select and specify materials, finishes, FF&amp;E, and coordinate with procurement andsuppliers.Ensure all designs are aligned with budget constraints and feasibility from anexecution perspective.Coordinate with project managers and site teams during execution for designcompliance.Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve issues.Stay updated with design trends, materials, and retail brand requirements.Maintain organized project documentation and timely submission of deliverables.Required Skills &amp; QualificationsBachelor&rsquo;s degree in interior design or architecture.3&ndash;5 years of UAE experience in residential and/or retail interior design.Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Adobe SuiteStrong knowledge of fit-out materials, design codes, and local authority regulations.Excellent space planning and detailing skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.Job Type: Full-time
