Role PurposeTo lead and execute the company&rsquo;s overall marketing and business development strategy,driving brand visibility, lead generation, and client engagement. This role will ensure strongpositioning of the company in the interior fitout market, create demand through digital andonline channels, and support sales in converting opportunities into revenue.Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy &amp; Planning &ndash; Develop and implement annual marketing plansaligned with company objectives.2. Lead Generation &amp; Business Development &ndash; Drive qualified leads through digitalcampaigns, networking, partnerships, and industry events.3. Brand Positioning &ndash; Build and strengthen the company&rsquo;s brand identity throughconsistent messaging, visual content, and client communications.4. Digital Marketing Management &ndash; Oversee SEO, social media, paid campaigns,and website content to increase online visibility and inbound leads.5. Sales Support &amp; Collateral &ndash; Create proposals, presentations, case studies, andclient materials to support the sales team.6. Market Research &amp; Competitor Analysis &ndash; Identify industry trends, customerneeds, and competitor activities to guide strategy.7. Events &amp; Partnerships &ndash; Plan participation in exhibitions, trade shows, andnetworking events to enhance visibility and relationships.8. Reporting &amp; Performance Tracking &ndash; Monitor ROI of campaigns, provide monthlydashboards, and recommend optimization strategies.Required Skills &amp; Qualifications1. Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field2. 5&ndash;8 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in interior fitout, realestate, or construction-related industries.3. Proven track record in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.4. Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.5. Ability to Design and create posts, reels and other visuals6. Knowledge of Computer Application and Tools of Editing photos, postreels etc.7. Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.Job Type: Full-time

Marketing Executive

Role PurposeTo drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, especially through contractor and consultant networks, and converting qualified leads into projects. The role requires a proactive and client-focused approach in a fast-paced, high-value design and fit-out environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential clients through contractor channels, referrals, networking events, exhibitions, and social platforms.Qualify leads and arrange client meetings to understand their interior design or fit-out requirements.Pitch company services, present portfolios, and build trust with residential and retail customers.Prepare and follow up on proposals, and agreements.Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth pre-sales to post-sales transitions.Maintain a sales pipeline and exceed monthly sales targets.Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, pricing, and competition.Represent the company professionally in meetings and site visits.Maintain CRM records and weekly reporting of leads, client follow-ups, and conversions.Support marketing activities by sharing customer feedback and contributing to campaigns.Required Skills &amp; QualificationsBachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2&ndash;4 years of UAE experience in interior design, fit-out, or construction sales (preferred).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Results-driven, with the ability to work independently.Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.UAE driving license is a must.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
