We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Sales Account Manager. Reporting to the Director of Healthcare, Composites and Corporate Accounts, the Healthcare Sales Account Manager will execute commercial strategies to drive growth of assigned regional accounts. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who excels in relationship management, strategic sales planning, and delivering exceptional customer service.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Executes on market strategy by developing relationships with new and current customers.</li><li>
Achievement of growth plans and KPI's.
</li><li>Responsible for driving growth in target accounts and key local contact for new and current accounts with customer base assigned by the Director.
</li><li>Key local contact for Healthcare customers and their production sites.</li><li>
Coordinate account management activities with Market Director and Product Solutions resources</li><li>
Analyze monthly sales and report performance versus annual plan and account plans</li><li>
Facilitate effective communications across internal functions to ensure issue resolution with customers.</li><li>
Ensure appropriate forecast, planning and order management in cooperation with customer service and supply chain functions.</li></ul>
KEY COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience</li><li>
10 years' experience in account management. Healthcare and/or release liner industry experience preferred.</li><li>
5+ years' experience in release liners related business as a supplier, producer or consumer preferred</li><li>
Experience in developing strategic customer relationships and credibility in engaging customers at different levels and functions in the assigned regions</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate efficient and accurate sharing of information internally and externally; multilingual capability applicable to the assigned regional accounts</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail, planning and organizing skills crossing multiple functional disciplines</li><li>
Result-oriented personality and capability to overcome obstacles</li><li>
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions</li></ul>
