Key Responsibilities:&middot; Define and implement the creative vision and strategy of the company.&middot; Lead branding and project design from concept to execution.&middot; Generate innovative design concepts and creative ideas aligned with company goals.&middot; Stay updated with emerging design trends and AI-powered technologies, integrating them into projects.&middot; Direct, mentor, and guide designers, review their work, and assign tasks across the team.&middot; Ensure full compliance with the company&rsquo;s brand identity and visual guidelines.&middot; Oversee and maintain the quality of all creative outputs.&middot; Collaborate and communicate continuously with clients to ensure their satisfaction and needs are met.&middot; Manage and resolve challenges or conflicts between clients and the creative team.&middot; Monitor project timelines and guarantee on-time delivery with the highest quality standards.Requirements &amp; Qualifications:&middot; Proven experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or Project Manager in a creative/agency environment.&middot; Strong background in graphic design, branding, and visual communication.&middot; Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire creative teams.&middot; Advanced knowledge of design tools and software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).&middot; Solid understanding of AI tools in design and marketing.&middot; Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.&middot; Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.&middot; Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver projects within deadlines.Benefits:&middot; Creative and collaborative work environment.&middot; Opportunity to develop and manage high-impact projects.&middot; Room for innovation and the use of cutting-edge technologies.NOTE: Salary will be discussed upon interview.Job Type: Full-time
