We&rsquo;re looking for an individual who thrives on shaping an environment of peak performance. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting the execution of key strategic, cross-functional, and product management-related initiatives. They will have good judgment, excellent organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to develop strong relationships and drive results. The position also requires collaboration with the three different markets as well as investments.
</div>We&rsquo;ll trust you to::
<ul><li>Develop and define project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables that support product-related business objectives in collaboration with project sponsors, project owners, and other stakeholders</li><li>
Create comprehensive project plans and documentation, identifying and managing dependencies, to track progress across product-related initiatives</li><li>
Lead and coordinate internal and third-party project resources for execution of projects
</li><li>Monitor project progress continuously and disseminate detailed reporting on project status and milestones to all stakeholders</li><li>
Identify, monitor, and escalate project risks, constraints, and blockers to project sponsors, project owners, and leadership</li><li>
Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
</li><li>In coordination with Product Managers, lead cross-functional meetings, including setting agendas and preparing materials
</li><li>Create and deliver presentations to senior leadership, as needed
</li></ul>You'll need to have::
<ul><li>The ability to build strong, long lasting relationships
</li><li>A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong leadership skills</li><li>
A strong sense of urgency, excellent judgment, and strategic prioritization skills
</li><li>The ability to organize, plan, and manage several concurrent initiatives with varying priorities while maintaining acute attention to detail</li><li>
Superior written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present to senior leadership
</li><li>A growth mindset and continuously eager to acquire new skills to succeed in a dynamic evolving environment</li><li>
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel</li><li>
Proven track record of implementing complex financial projects including but not limited to launching new products, implementing technical platforms, and driving new process adoption</li><li>
Experience with project management technology and software preferred</li><li>
5+ years of project management experience in Financial Services</li><li>
A bachelor&rsquo;s degree (or higher)</li></ul>

Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $100,000 - $105,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.</div><div></div><div><br>
Discretionary Bonus: Role may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, firm, team, and individual performance.</div><div></div><div><br>
