A well-established matrimonial and family law firm seeks to hire an experienced paralegal to work exclusively with one of the firm&rsquo;s partners in its Westchester office. The firm handles the full range of family law matters, including high-stakes divorce, child custody and support, and pre- and postnuptial agreements. I have placed several people with this firm.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Discovery management, including subpoenas, demands, and responses</li><li>Motion practice support and trial preparation</li><li>Drafting correspondence and legal documents</li><li>NYSCEF court filings</li><li>Reviewing and tracking voluminous financial records</li><li>Maintaining a busy litigation calendar</li><li>Coordinating client consultations</li></ul>What the Firm Seeks:<ul><li>At least three years of paralegal experience in matrimonial/family law or litigation</li><li>Strong proofreading skills and meticulous attention to detail</li><li>Familiarity with Time Matters or PC Law a plus</li></ul>What the Firm Offers:<ul><li>Base salary: $80,000&ndash;$110,000, depending on experience</li><li>Discretionary bonus, typically $2,500-$10,000</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Life insurance and flexible spending account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid overtime when caseload demands it</li><li>Approximately 40 hours per week (in-office)</li></ul>For immediate consideration, email your resume to Andrew Gurman at andrew@mlordc.com.Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
