We are seeking a proactive and experienced Legal &amp; Administrative Officer to manage our organization&rsquo;s legal, HR, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong legal knowledge, administrative skills, and the ability to coordinate with various departments and external agencies.Key Responsibilities:Legal Responsibilities:<ul><li>Draft, review, and prepare legal documents including sale deeds, agreements, and contracts.</li><li>Handle liaisoning with government offices, legal authorities, and external agencies.</li><li>Ensure company compliance with statutory and legal requirements.</li><li>Maintain all legal documentation and records systematically.</li></ul>Administrative &amp; HR Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation.</li><li>Oversee HR functions, including attendance, leave management, recruitment coordination, and employee records.</li><li>Assist in policy drafting and ensuring HR compliance with labor laws.</li><li>Support management in coordination with internal teams and vendors.</li></ul>Other Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle travel, logistics, and official correspondences.</li><li>Be willing to travel frequently for official work.</li><li>Must possess a valid four-wheeler driving license and be able to drive independently.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of legal drafting and documentation.</li><li>Excellent administrative and organizational skills.</li><li>Good interpersonal and communication abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management.</li><li>Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
