Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Provide Exceptional Skincare: Perform a wide range of facial treatments, including but not limited to facials, peels, and skin consultations, ensuring each client receives personalized care to achieve their skincare goals.</li><li>
BuildMaintain Client Relationships: Develop and retain a loyal client base by providing expert service and cultivating a professional, welcoming environment.</li><li>
Achieve SalesCommission Goals: Maximize your earning potential by recommending and selling high-quality skincare products and services to clients.</li><li>
Ongoing EducationTraining: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in skincare by participating in our free, advanced training and internal education programs.</li><li>
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other salon and MedSpa professionals to ensure a seamless client experience and maintain our high standards of service and professionalism.</li></ul>

Desired Qualifications<ul><li>
Esthetician License: A valid esthetician license is required.</li><li>
