We pride ourselves on a collaborative, supportive environment focused on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.Position Overview: We are seeking a board-certified physician to serve as a Collaborating Physician, providing clinical oversight and supervision for a team consisting of one Nurse Practitioner (NP) and one Physician Assistant (PA) licensed in the state of North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a passion for men&rsquo;s health, a commitment to evidence-based practice, and experience in a supervisory or collaborative role.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve as the collaborating/supervising physician for one NP and one PA, in accordance with North Carolina state regulations.</li><li>Review and sign off on patient charts as required.</li><li>Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to advanced practice providers.</li><li>Participate in periodic case reviews and quality assurance activities.</li><li>Remain available for consultation (remote) regarding complex cases or clinical questions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>MD or DO with an active, unrestricted North Carolina medical license.</li><li>Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urology, or related specialty preferred.</li><li>Experience or strong interest in men&rsquo;s health and male enhancement therapies.</li><li>Previous supervisory or collaborative experience with NPs and/or PAs is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to commit to regular chart reviews and provider support (remote flexibility available).</li></ul>Compensation: Competitive stipend monthly.Pay: From $500.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
