Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventive maintenance inside and outside the facility</div></li><li><div>
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as needed</div></li><li><div>

Troubleshoot and perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks</div></li><li><div>
