Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Assisting with creating floor plans and elevations via drafting software.</li><li>
Assisting with creating visual aids for client presentations, such as 3D models, mood boards &amp; color elevations.</li><li>
Assisting with the preparation of presentations for clientele.</li><li>
Researching product specifications and availability.</li><li>
Visiting project sites with team members.</li><li>
Assisting with performing site measurements.</li><li>
Organizing the resource library.</li><li>
Periodically assisting with marketing efforts.</li><li>
Executing additional reasonable requests as they relate to business goals.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Extreme detail orientation and excellent follow-up.</li><li>
Responsible/reliable with self-motivation and high energy.</li><li>
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop.</li><li>
In process interior design degree, junior or senior status preferred.</li><li>
Professional demeanor &amp; appearance.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects effectively.</li><li>
Good written and oral communication skills.</li><li>
Technologically savvy.</li><li>
Must have own transportation.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
