Job Title: Real Estate Digital Marketing ManagerExperience Required: 10+ Years (Only in Real Estate Industry) Location: Gachibowli, HyderabadAbout the Role:We are looking for a highly experienced Real Estate Digital Marketing Manager with a strong track record of driving digital growth, generating high-quality leads, and managing end-to-end real estate marketing strategies. The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of experience exclusively in the real estate sector, with deep knowledge of property marketing, customer acquisition, and brand positioning.Key Responsibilities:* Develop and execute ROI-driven digital marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects. * Plan and manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and property portals. * Lead performance marketing initiatives to generate high-intent real estate leads. * Optimize website performance, landing pages, and conversion funnels. * Oversee SEO, SEM, content marketing, influencer marketing, and remarketing strategies. * Manage CRM automation, drip campaigns, email &amp; WhatsApp marketing workflows. * Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing-generated leads convert into site visits &amp; closures. * Analyze metrics, prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, and recommend improvements. * Plan creative content for ads, social media, reels, blogs, and property launches. * Monitor competitor marketing activities and market trends in the real estate sector. * Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently and ensure maximum campaign ROI. * Collaborate with design, tech, and content teams for campaign execution.Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:-&gt; 10+ years of experience exclusively in Real Estate Digital Marketing (mandatory) -&gt; Strong knowledge of real estate buyer behavior, lead funnels, and site-visit conversion strategies -&gt; Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and marketing automation tools -&gt; Hands-on experience with property portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing, NoBroker, etc. -&gt; Strong analytical and reporting skills -&gt; Ability to manage large budgets &amp; multi-channel campaigns -&gt; Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities -&gt; Creative mindset with strong understanding of real estate branding &amp; positioningEducation:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field (preferred)What We Offer:-&gt; Competitive salary package -&gt; Opportunity to lead digital strategy for top real estate projects -&gt; Professional growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment -&gt; Collaborative work culture and leadership-driven roleJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
