Job Overview LosReyes is seeking a creative and data-driven Content Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage our social media and email content, and help drive growth through targeted sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and content creation techniques.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with the design and execution of social&#8209;media campaigns and create weekly and monthly editorial calendars.</li><li>Create and distribute engaging content such as blog posts, infographics, videos, press releases and email newsletters.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and inform content strategy.</li><li>Manage and optimize the content calendar and feed plan; apply SEO techniques and collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns.</li><li>Build segmented email lists and support targeted email campaigns.</li><li>Track and analyze social&#8209;media and email performance metrics, preparing reports and recommendations.</li><li>Create compelling graphics and short&#8209;form videos to ensure visual clarity and attract new customers.</li><li>Respond to comments and messages, participate in brainstorming sessions, and assist with photo/video shoots and influencer partnerships.</li><li>Collect and analyze data, prepare marketing proposals or presentations, and propose adjustments to marketing strategies.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Creativity and problem&#8209;solving that brings fresh ideas for campaigns, contests and collaborations, and can integrate trending topics into the brand&rsquo;s narrative.</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO.</li><li>Familiarity with social&#8209;media platforms and digital marketing tools.</li><li>Strong written communication skills; able to engage with audiences, collaborate with teammates and manage feedback.</li><li>Comfortable analyzing data and using insights to refine marketing strategies.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, InternshipPay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 &ndash; 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
