Positive working atmosphere within your team.2. Stated Key Performance Indicators.Included specifically as the core tasks of this position are:1. Monthly account reconciliationa. Credit Cardsb. Bank Accountsc. Fleet Cardsd. Vendor Statements2. Accounts Receivablesa. Receive and apply customer payments3. Vendor account establishment and maintenancea. W9b. 1099 Reportingc. Certificate of Insuranced. Subcontractor Agreements4. Accounts Payablea. Ensure all Subcontractor paperwork has been received prior to setting up vendor in QuickBooksb. Invoice Receiving, Distribution, and Codinga. Verify invoice prices are accurate and match purchase order and receiving reportb. Verify product has been received through matching invoice to receiving reportc. Verify sales tax, if applicable, is accurated. Verify freight charges, if applicable, are accuratec. Check Runs &amp; Distribution5. Office Administrative Duties to include:a. Maintain and replenish office suppliesb. Maintain and replenish kitchen suppliesc. Manage IT maintenanced. Incoming and outgoing mail and common couriere. Incoming phone overflowf. Office 365 account maintenance &amp; Lothorian group distribution.g. General office clerical supportThe Key Performance Indicators for this Role are:1. Reconciliations need to be completed by 7th of each month.2. Accounts payable entered within 72 hours of receipt.3. Yearend vendor 1099 reporting complete by January 30th.Requirements for Role:1. Experience using QuickBooks2. Detail Oriented3. Good verbal and written communication skills4. Experience in high volume, fast paced environment5. Excellent with follow up6. Experience with ServiceTitan a plus but not requiredThe Bookkeeper reports directly to the Director of Finance.The schedule for this position will be:1.
