lotus823 is seeking a creative, motivated, and dependable Account Executive (AE) with strong communication, digital marketing, and leadership skills. As a Digital Account Executive you&rsquo;ll lead day-to-day account management and digital campaign execution across a range of clients and industries.</div><p></p><div><br>
You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, manage client relationships, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable results. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, strategic thinker, and team player who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about helping brands grow.</div><p></p><div><br>
This is a part-time role with flexible hours. The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office work at our Tinton Falls, NJ location as needed.</div><p></p><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><p></p><div><b><br>
Client &amp; Account Management</b></div><ul><li><div>
Lead the strategic management of client accounts including strategy creation, analysis, and team management</div></li><li><div>
Serves as the lead for client communication and relationship management</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns and deliverables align with client goals</div></li></ul><div><b>
Campaign Strategy &amp; Execution</b></div><ul><li><div>
Plan, create, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms</div></li><li><div>
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance with a data-driven mindset</div></li><li><div>
Assess campaign results and provide actionable recommendations for improvement</div></li></ul><div><b>
Influencer &amp; Partnership Management</b></div><ul><li><div>
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives</div></li><li><div>
Identify, vet, and negotiate with influencers and brand partners to drive authentic collaborations</div></li><li><div>
Oversee the end-to-end management of influencer campaigns, including outreach, contracts, deliverables, and performance tracking</div></li><li><div>
Analyze influencer campaign metrics and provide insights to enhance future partnerships</div></li></ul><div><b>
Content Development &amp; Communication</b></div><ul><li><div>
Write, edit, and finalize a variety of content including blog posts, social media content, creative briefs, etc.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure all content aligns with client messaging, brand voice, and strategic objectives</div></li></ul><div><b>
Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration</b></div><ul><li><div>
Delegate and manage the activities of AAEs, ACs, interns, and support staff</div></li><li><div>
Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior team members</div></li></ul><p></p><div><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li><div>
3-5 year digital marketing experience (agency preferred)</div></li><li><div>
BA or BS in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field</div></li><li><div>
Experience managing both organic and paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google Ads</div></li><li><div>
Working knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices</div></li><li><div>
Experience with Amazon marketing a plus, but not required</div></li><li><div>
Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other social commerce or eCommerce platforms a plus, but not required</div></li><li><div>
Public relations experience a plus, but not required</div></li><li><div>
Strong work ethic and proactive attitude</div></li><li><div>
