Summary:</b></div><div>
lotus823 is seeking a strategic, motivated, and experienced Senior Account Executive (SAE) to lead client campaigns across public relations, social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, and content development. The SAE will play a critical role in managing day-to-day client relationships, leading campaign execution, and mentoring junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams.</div><p>
This role requires experience with strong communication, organization, and leadership skills, along with the ability to develop and execute strategic PR campaigns that drive measurable results, with an established network of media contacts and media relations in consumer goods. Experience with social media ads, influencer marketing, and digital marketing are a plus. The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office work in Red Bank, NJ and travel as needed.</p><div><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><p><b>
Client &amp; Account Management</b></p><ul><li><p>
Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts and lead account activities</p></li><li><div>
Manage the development and execution of integrated campaigns across PR, digital, influencer, and social channels</div></li><li><div>
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and reporting to ensure campaigns stay on track and achieve client goals</div></li><li><div>
Lead internal and client meetings including agendas, recaps, and activity reporting</div></li><li><p>
Identify opportunities for expanding client partnerships and improving campaign performance</p></li></ul><p><b>
PR &amp; Media Relations</b></p><ul><li><p>
Develop and execute strategic media outreach campaigns to secure meaningful coverage for clients</p></li><li><div>
Leverage and maintain a strong network of media contacts across the technology, consumer tech, and home/housewares media landscape</div></li><li><div>
Identify and secure product placement opportunities, reviews, and editorial features across relevant media outlets.</div></li><li><div>
Build and manage media lists and proactively identify new media opportunities</div></li><li><div>
Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, thought leadership articles, and other PR content</div></li><li><p>
Monitor media coverage and analyze results to inform future strategies</p></li></ul><p><b>
Social Media, Influencer &amp; Content</b></p><ul><li><p>
Lead the development and execution of social media and influencer marketing campaigns aligned with client strategy</p></li><li><div>
Develop campaign messaging and content plans across social, influencer, and owned channels</div></li><li><div>
Manage influencer identification, outreach, partnerships, and campaign performance tracking</div></li><li><div>
Oversee the creation of content including blogs, social posts, campaign messaging, and case studies</div></li><li><p>
Provide strategic recommendations to clients on social media trends, content opportunities, and audience engagement strategies</p></li></ul><p><b>
Digital Marketing &amp; Campaign Execution (Preferred, not required)</b></p><ul><li><p>
Lead integrated marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned channels while collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively</p></li><li><div>
Develop campaign strategies that align PR, digital marketing, and social media efforts to maximize results</div></li><li><div>
Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and client reporting</div></li><li><p>
Ensure all campaign elements are aligned with overall client strategy, timelines, and deliverables</p></li></ul><p><b>
Research &amp; Strategic Support</b></p><ul><li><p>
Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and marketing opportunities relevant to client industries</p></li><li><div>
Conduct research to identify new media opportunities, campaign ideas, and partnership opportunities</div></li><li><p>
Contribute to strategy development and campaign planning</p></li></ul><p><b>
Team Leadership &amp; Mentorship</b></p><ul><li><p>
Mentor and support junior team members including Account Executives, Assistant Account Executives, and Account Coordinators</p></li><li><div>
Delegate work appropriately and help guide team members in executing client deliverables</div></li><li><p>
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic ideas to strengthen client campaigns</p></li></ul><div><b>
Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li><div>
5+years of public relations, communications, marketing or related experience (agency required)</div></li><li><div>
BA or BS in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and leading integrated marketing campaigns</div></li><li><div>
Established network of media contacts and strong media relations experience within the technology, consumer tech, and home/housewares industries</div></li><li><div>
Excellent writing and editing skills across multiple content formats</div></li><li><div>
Strong organizational and project management skills</div></li><li><div>
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously</div></li><li><div>
Experience mentoring or managing junior team members preferred</div></li><li><div>
Ability to adapt to a changing work environment</div></li></ul><p></p><div><b><br>
