Take dance classes to students of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced2. Plan and deliver age-appropriate dance curriculum.3. Develop individualized lesson plans that address the physical, creative, and emotional needs of students.4. Integrate dance techniques with music, rhythm, and other performing arts disciplines.1. Classroom Management:<ul><li>Maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.</li><li>Foster a collaborative atmosphere that encourages student participation, creativity, and self-expression.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior, establishing clear expectations and maintaining discipline in a constructive manner.</li></ul>2. Student Performance:<ul><li>Organize and prepare students for performances, recitals, or school showcases.</li><li>Choreograph dance routines for school events, ensuring all students have the opportunity to perform.</li><li>Provide constructive feedback and support to students in developing their performance skills.</li><li>Organize rehearsals, coordinate costume selections, and assist with set design or staging as necessary.</li></ul>3. Assessment and Evaluation:<ul><li>Monitor and assess students' progress in dance technique, creativity, and performance.</li><li>Provide feedback on individual student performance and suggest areas for improvement.</li><li>Write and submit progress reports for students and communicate with parents or guardians as required.</li></ul>4. Professional Development:<ul><li>Stay current with trends and best practices in dance education.</li><li>Attend professional development workshops, conferences, and other relevant training opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with other teachers, especially those in the arts department, to integrate dance with other subjects (e.g., music, theater, visual arts).</li></ul>5. Extracurricular Involvement:<ul><li>Supervise or lead after-school dance clubs, competitions, or extracurricular performances.</li><li>Encourage students to participate in local or regional dance festivals and competitions.</li><li>Foster a sense of community within the school through dance initiatives, such as school assemblies or outreach programs.</li></ul>Educational Qualification :-<ul><li>A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Dance, Education, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).</li></ul>Experience :-<ul><li>Prior teaching experience with atleast 4 years (preferably in a school or educational setting) is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience choreographing dance routines and managing performances</li><li>Preference will be given to Female candidate.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
