presence, engage with the community, and grow our brand across social media platforms. 
Position Overview
The Social Media Manager will lead our online marketing efforts with a strong focus on influencer partnerships, food photography, ad management, and digital growth strategy. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence at least twice a month (or as needed) for photoshoots and content creation at our Houston locations. 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for Lotus Seafood.</li><li>
Manage day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and engagement across all major social media platforms.</li><li>
Conduct professional photography sessions (minimum twice per month), with a focus on food photography.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and coordinate collaborations.</li><li>
Manage paid advertising campaigns, budgets, and performance metrics.</li><li>
Apply expert-level marketing strategies and SEO knowledge to drive brand growth.</li><li>
Track and report on campaign performance, engagement, and ROI.</li><li>
Stay connected to the Houston foodie community and maintain an active presence in relevant networks.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
7+ years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.</li><li>
4+ years of professional photography experience (food photography strongly preferred).</li><li>
Proven success in influencer marketing and collaboration campaigns.</li><li>
Strong expertise in digital marketing, paid ads management, and SEO.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Must be local to Houston, TX with reliable transportation for photoshoots and collaborations.</li><li>
Deep understanding of foodie culture, trends, and community engagement.</li></ul>
