<p>
We are seeking a skilled Water Treatment Engineer to support the performance, reliability, and optimization of ultrapure and wastewater treatment systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with reverse osmosis (RO) and ion exchange (IX) systems, strong data analysis skills, and a proven ability to troubleshoot and enhance complex water treatment processes.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities:</b></h3>
<p></p>
<ul><li>Monitor and assess the condition and performance of reverse osmosis membranes and ion exchange resins.</li>
<li>Analyze operational data (pressure, flow rate, conductivity, recovery rate) to detect degradation, fouling, or scaling.</li>
<li>Track membrane and resin lifecycles to determine replacement or refurbishment needs.</li>
<li>Evaluate resin performance to maintain optimal ion-exchange capacity and water quality</li>
<li>Develop and implement regeneration sequences for ion exchange resins to maximize lifespan and efficiency.</li>
<li>Adjust maintenance schedules based on system performance data and trends.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and optimize chemical dosing and regeneration parameters to minimize downtime and improve reliability.</li>
<li>Identify and analyze biological, chemical, or particulate fouling sources.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering teams to modify operational parameters or implement pre-treatment strategies.</li>
<li>Monitor scaling indices and anti-scalant dosing programs; adjust as needed to prevent scaling and maintain system health.</li>
<li>Analyze operational data and adjust system parameters (pressure, flow, recovery rate) to optimize performance and efficiency.</li>
<li>Ensure RO and IX units consistently meet ultrapure water quality standards while minimizing energy and chemical use.</li>
<li>Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with performance and safety standards.</li>
<li>Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Skills Required:</b></h3>
<p></p>
<ul><li>5+ years in wastewater or ultrapure water treatment system operations and maintenance engineering.</li>
<li>Candidates with 1&ndash;3 years of engineering experience and strong RO/IX system knowledge will also be considered.</li>
<li>Semiconductor or high-purity water treatment experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong technical knowledge of reverse osmosis and ion exchange systems.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret and act on complex system data.</li>
</ul>

We are seeking an experienced Operations &amp; Maintenance Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and reliability of Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) and Wastewater systems in a mission-critical semiconductor environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining process water treatment and waste systems, ensuring safety, compliance, and continuous uptime to support facility operations.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities:</b></h3>
<p></p>
<ul><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on UPW and Wastewater systems, including pumps, valves, tanks, filtration units, RO/DI systems, UV systems, and chemical dosing equipment, in accordance with client standards and procedures.</li>
<li>Monitor system parameters and respond promptly to alarms, deviations, or abnormal operating conditions to ensure water quality and system stability.</li>
<li>Conduct rounds, log readings, and verify operational data for both automated and manual systems.</li>
<li>Perform system startups, shutdowns, and safe state verification as required.</li>
<li>Support the calibration and maintenance of instrumentation and control devices associated with UPW/Waste systems.</li>
<li>Escalate vendor-required maintenance activities to client teams and coordinate site visits or repairs as necessary.</li>
<li>Partner with engineers and operations staff to resolve technical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for maintenance activities, equipment logs, and performance data.</li>
<li>Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols to ensure a safe work environment and compliance with regulations.</li>
<li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Skills Required:</b></h3>
<p></p>
<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience in operations and maintenance of UPW, Wastewater, or industrial water treatment systems (semiconductor or mission-critical environment preferred).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of process water treatment, waste treatment, and related support systems.</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot and maintain pumps, valves, filters, sensors, and PLC-controlled systems.</li>
<li>Knowledge of EHS standards, chemical handling, and lockout/tagout procedures.</li>
<li>Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with engineers, vendors, and operations personnel.</li>
<li>High attention to detail with strong documentation and monitoring habits.</li>
<li>Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safety and quality.</li>
</ul>
