The Loughin Group is hiring a Marketing Assistant to support the continued growth of our real estate team. In this role, you will play a key part in elevating our brand, strengthening our presence in the community, and enhancing the overall client experience through both digital and traditional marketing efforts.
You&rsquo;ll work cross-functionally with our marketing, customer service, operations, sales, and technology teams to ensure that everything we put out, our website, social media, marketing materials, and communications, consistently reflects our brand and the value we bring to clients.
This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and organized, someone who enjoys marketing homes, showcasing properties, and telling the story of the real estate lifestyle in a way that connects.

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message</li><li>
Create, deliver, and edit marketing materials and social media campaigns that are effective and timely</li><li>
Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers</li><li>
Manage website design, content, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant</li><li>
Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers</li><li>
Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth</li><li>
Creating engaging email, newsletter, and blog content to connect with our audience</li><li>
Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media</li></ul> 

Qualifications:<ul><li>
3+ years of marketing experience</li><li>
Highly organized, systems-oriented, and detail-focused</li><li>
Can manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously</li><li>
Has strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented</li><li>
Social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)</li><li>
Video workflows and short-form content production</li><li>
Canva and marketing design tools</li><li>
Email marketing platforms and CRM systems (FUB)</li><li>
Experience with Google Workspace</li><li>
Analytics, reporting, and KPI tracking</li><li>
Paid ads, SEO, and Meta marketing funnels</li></ul>
