Looking for candidate with good academic credentials, excellent legal writing skills, strong communication skills and interest in employment litigation and representing whistleblowers. Must have the ability to work independently and be highly motivated.ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be asked to prepare and respond to written discovery and motions, conduct depositions, attend mediations, document review and analysis, communicate with clients, pre-trial preparation, and assist in trials.This position is ideal for an attorney looking to gain or further develop litigation experience.
