We&rsquo;re hiring photographers and videographers to shoot weddings and similar events&mdash; wedding experience preferred! This is a flexible weekend role, perfect for growing your skills and getting hands-on experience.As the lead shooter, you'll work solo to capture the day&mdash;no editing required. Just show up, photograph or film the event, and upload the raw &amp; JPEG or video files afterward.We&rsquo;re accepting applicants anywhere in the U.S. and can't wait to see your portfolio!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead all photo or video coverage&mdash;ceremonies, portraits, and receptions&mdash;on your own</li><li>Collaborate with couples beforehand to learn their style and must-have shots or moments</li><li>Manage on-site equipment, setup, and breakdown</li><li>Deliver a fun, relaxed, high-quality shooting experience</li><li>Upload raw &amp; JPEG or video files promptly after each event</li><li>Stay in touch with our talent relations team on schedule details and logistics</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Legally authorized to work in the U.S.</li><li>Reliable vehicle for travel to local wedding venues</li><li>Own professional photo or video gear&mdash;including a camera; flash unit, drone, or gimbal are ideal</li><li>Portfolio showcasing your photography or videography work&mdash;weddings preferred but not required</li><li>Sunny, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to lead coverage independently and adapt to event timelines</li><li>Basic familiarity with camera gear and shooting techniques</li><li>Passion to learn and grow&mdash;experience is a plus!</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive pay starting at $40/hour, and goes up to $50/hour</li><li>Supportive team environment with ongoing feedback and mentorship</li><li>Opportunities to expand your skills and build your portfolio</li><li>100% contractor flexibility&mdash;no minimum guarantee, no office politics</li></ul>Ready to join us?
