 About the Club

 </li>
 <li>
 A 32-bike Spin studio

 Gym and training spaces:

 Role Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deliver 3&ndash;4 engaging and safe group classes per day, 5 days per week
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, train, and manage full-time and freelance instructors to ensure the highest quality programming
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop timetables, events, and workshops to enhance member engagement and retention
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure all group exercise activities reflect the exclusivity of the club
 </li>
 <li>
 Recruit, train, and mentor team members while driving innovation in programming
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee safe practices, fitness assessments, and member orientation sessions
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and revenue opportunities through events and specialised classes
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Candidate Profile
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years&rsquo; experience in a leadership role within fitness, hospitality, or wellness
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in group class delivery across multiple disciplines
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in program design, client assessment, and safe training practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English (Arabic an advantage)
 </li>
 <li>
 CPR and First Aid certification required
 </li>
 </ul>
