 One of the most prestigious, high-end private membership club in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Pilates Instructor to lead its fitness and wellness programming. This exclusive club combines luxury lifestyle, world-class fitness, fine dining, and leisure facilities, providing an exceptional environment for both members and staff.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Role Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead engaging, safe, and effective Pilates classes for members of all fitness levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design individualised exercise programs tailored to each member&rsquo;s goals and abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate correct techniques, providing hands-on guidance, alignment corrections, and progressions where needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver both group and one-on-one Pilates sessions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate the Pilates class schedule in collaboration with the management team, ensuring optimal utilisation during peak and off-peak hours.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of members, including medical histories, waivers, and training progress.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and mentor part-time and freelance Pilates instructors to maintain consistent quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure studio operations meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to recruitment, training, and scheduling of Pilates staff as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the organisation and delivery of Pilates-related events, workshops, and member engagement activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide exceptional customer service, resolving member feedback and maintaining a positive, professional presence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold all safety, hygiene, and operational standards across the Pilates studio and related areas.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Candidate Profile
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Recognised
 
 Pilates certification
 
 (Mat and/or Reformer).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience teaching both private and group Pilates sessions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of anatomy, posture, flexibility, and injury prevention.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer service mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English essential; additional languages are an advantage.
 </li>
