Customer Care Specialist
 LovelySkin is searching for our next Customer Care Specialist to join a friendly and welcoming team! Bring your passion for helping others, the beauty industry, and all-things skin care to LovelySkin. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the voice of LovelySkin, fielding real-time calls, e-mails and live chat from customers across the globe. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to gather a wide array of product knowledge in order to best serve our expansive customer base. Your tips, recommendations, and insight can have a direct influence on every customer that you encounter!

<li>Working in a fast-paced environment and being a committed team player</li>
<li>Success troubleshooting and resolving all customer service inquiries or issues</li>
<li>Continuously creating positive relationships with customers</li>
<li>Investing fully in our customer’s goals and needs</li>
<li>Using our provided resources to best find solutions to customer’s questions</li>
<li>Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and online chat daily</li>
<li>Assisting with any product specific questions</li>
<li>Saturday is required</li>
<li>Hybrid schedule offered after one year</li>
</ul>
About you: 
<ul>
<li>1-3 years of experience in a call center role or a customer sales & service position. Retail experience is a plus!</li>
<li>Positive, friendly attitude with excellent client service and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work a set schedule, with required overtime, weekends, and flexibility required during peak seasons</li>
<li>High-level phone skills while performing operational activities, such as inventory control, shipping, and return procedures</li>
<li>Strong passion for all things Beauty and Skin Care, including staying on top of industry trends</li>
<li>Bilingual is a plus but not a must</li>
