Operations Managers assist/oversee daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Job Functions:<ul><li>
Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations up to and potentially including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.</li><li>
Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through restroom and shower cleanliness, facilities, equipment maintenance, and safety checks.</li><li>
Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.</li><li>
Assist the General Manager with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.</li><li>
Understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting change to capture and capitalize on opportunities.</li><li>
Collaborate with managers in the efforts of talent acquisition.</li></ul> 
Experience:<ul><li>
2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.</li><li>
2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.</li><li>
2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&amp;L statements.</li><li>
2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.</li><li>
Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.</li><li>
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.</li></ul> 
Skills and Demands:<ul><li>
Ability to work various shift times to include days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.</li><li>

General Manager in Training - Retail

</div><div>Core Responsibilities:</div>
Commercial Support<ul><li>
Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a high volume of varied and complex legal documents in numerous areas of commercial law, with a focus on development, supply chain, operations, and other commercial transactions;</li><li>
Provide legal support to key commercial focused business units; and</li><li>
Serve as a key legal advisor on a variety of commercial matters, providing pragmatic, business-oriented solutions.
</li></ul>M&amp;A Support<ul><li>
Assist with M&amp;A transactions and strategic growth initiatives, including due diligence, negotiation, and closing activities; and</li><li>
Support the drafting and review of transaction documents, including letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, and other ancillary agreements.</li></ul>
General<ul><li>
Provide legal advice and counsel to executives, directors of departments, and other business clients, using discretion and exercising independent judgment in numerous areas of contract and commercial law, general corporate transactions, and adversarial matters;</li><li>
Research and analyze various legal issues presented by clients and/or pertinent to business operations or matters and present results through the preparation of legal memoranda and/or interaction with clients;</li><li>
Serve as liaison between Legal department and certain business clients by acting as primary contact for assigned business units and representing the department on various task forces and committees; and</li><li>
Anticipate and identify potential legal issues and develop and recommend company policies and positions on same.</li></ul>
Administrative<ul><li>
Pursue continuing education on industry, evolving business operations, and company business strategies;</li><li>
Assist in educating and informing business clients on role of Legal department and in legal procedure;</li><li>
Assist in managing provision of legal services by outside counsel and other legal service providers as related to assigned business units and/or matters;</li><li>
Ensure accurate billing by outside counsel on a project-specific basis;</li><li>
Timely and accurately enter and update status of projects in matter management system and contracts in enterprise contract system;</li><li>
Maintain accurate time log in matter management system for work performed on behalf of affiliates of Love&rsquo;s Travel</li><li>
Stops &amp; Country Stores, Inc., as required; and</li><li>
Various other tasks, as assigned.</li></ul><div></div><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree and Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school</li><li>
Licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and a member in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar (or willing to immediately pursue Oklahoma license and a member in good standing in the state(s) where licensed)</li><li>
3-5 years of experience practicing transactional law in a regional or national law firm and/or as corporate counsel required</li><li>
Demonstrated experience with a variety of commercial transactions is required</li><li>
M&amp;A transactions experience required with real estate a plus</li><li>
Excellent judgment, discretion, and risk assessment skills;</li><li>
Strong and effective contract and other drafting skills;</li><li>
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships;</li><li>
Practical business acumen, driving pragmatic business-oriented solutions; and</li><li>
Superb organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once.</li></ul></div><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
