What You&rsquo;ll Do

</li><li>Provides attentive service to all customers and builds customer loyalty.
</li><li>Demonstrate a strong understanding of product knowledge and effectively demo, assist, and educate customers.
</li><li>Guide the customer from first interest to purchase focusing on managing quotes, closing the sale, and maintaining relationships.
</li><li>Conduct customer outreach using company provided tools and communication methods.
</li><li>Quickly identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
</li><li>Maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store by following visual merchandising standards.
</li><li>Oversee store operations including but not limited to; opening &amp; closing the store, inventory, exchanges, marketing, promotions and ensure they are followed to company standards.
</li><li>Utilize company tools, sales data and reports to prioritize tasks and support daily operations.
</li><li>Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring standards, minimizing risks, and maintaining safety in the store.

<ul><li>18 years of age or older.
</li><li>High-School Diploma or equivalent.
</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
</li><li>Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
</li><li>Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems to enhance customer experience and drive future outreach.
</li><li>Support Lovesac's omni- channel customer experience by being flexible and able to assist in-person at your home store, local stores and third-party vendors, as well as remote customer service shifts.
</li><li>Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation.
</li><li>Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property. Effective communication skills and ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner.
</li><li>Must be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position or be able to assemble furniture while working on the selling floor. This position routinely requires the following actions; bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, standing, stooping, walking, crawling, climbing.

</li></ul>Associates will be eligible to receive up to 26 hours of paid time off within our fiscal calendar year. They will be paid 1 1/2 times their regular rate for any hours worked over 40 hours in a work week. In addition, they will be eligible to receive 1 1/2 times their regular rate for any hours worked on company recognized holidays. Eligibility and terms for all benefits listed are as outlined in Lovesac&rsquo;s policy and plan documents.
Associate pay will vary based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill level and competencies.

Requirements<ul><li>

Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license, a clean driving record free of major violations, access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel along with current vehicle insurance.
