Location: Shoreview, MN, 55126Ref # S739Start: September 1, 2026Children: Girls 5 years old, 2 years old, and 1 month old (4 months at start)Compensation: $20-$30Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:45/7:00 am - 9:30 am and 3:00 pm - 5:30/6:00 pm SPLIT SHIFT CORE HOURS Tuesday and Thursday 6:45/7:00 am - 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday occasional 3-4 hours pre-arranged approx 1 month in advanceDescription: A dual physician family in Shoreview is looking for a kind and energetic nanny to balance out their busy lifestyle. They are hoping to find a nanny who will be with them longterm and become part of their extended family! They have a very loving golden retriever who is very bonded to their daughters. She sleeps a large part of the day but loves her treats and loves to be near people. So their nanny must be comfortable around large dogs.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Getting the girls ready for Kindergarten/Daycare in the morning</li><li>Meals for the children (mainly breakfast)</li><li>Drop off and pick up from daycare/kindergarten</li><li>Taking the children to local activities, and classes (swim, gymnastics, story time at the library, going to the park, etc)</li><li>Basic clean up after the children only</li><li>Nap time routines</li><li>Feed the dog once per day and let out into a fully fenced backyard</li><li>Care for their children even during a mild illness</li></ul>Ideal candidate:<ul><li>Reliable</li><li>Creative</li><li>Toddler and infant experience</li><li>Energetic</li><li>Good role model</li><li>Willing to engage in play at home and out on adventures</li><li>Someone who enjoys music, singing, arts and crafts, role play</li><li>Flexible to pick up additional agreed upon hours</li><li>Swimmer</li><li>Open to vaccinations including flu (if no covid vaccine, proof of a previous infection is suitable)</li><li>Someone comfortable with full autonomy during the day</li></ul>Live in accommodations:<ul><li>Large private bedroom fully furnished</li><li>Bathroom occasionally shared with the kids</li><li>Comfortable with a bedroom on the same floor as 2 of the children</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Paid vacation</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Paid sick leave</li><li>Car Available</li><li>Community Center membership</li><li>Optional travel with the family</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Childcare: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>driver's license and reliable vehicle (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
