Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant Supervisor to lead and oversee Physician Assistant in a mental and behavioral health private practice. LRBH is celebrating 10 years in the community. We believe this addition to our practice will be a much needed service. This pivotal role combines clinical expertise ensuring PA accuracy and skills, and compliance with healthcare standards. The ideal candidate will possess a background in mental and behavioral health. As a Supervisor, you will uphold the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality.Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee medication management</li><li>Ensure accurate documentation of medical records using EMR system.</li><li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on discharge planning.</li><li>Utilize telehealth platforms for remote consultations when appropriate.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Experience in mental and behavioral health</li><li>Prior supervisory roles overseeing Physician Assistants</li><li>Knowledge of telehealth technology platforms to facilitate remote patient assessments and follow-up care.</li><li>Excellent patient assessment skills.
