 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partners closely with product teams to translate business requirements into scalable program designs and high-quality software solutions. This role focuses primarily on front-end development using modern technologies such as React, Redux, and micro-frontend (MFE) architectures, while also contributing to back-end services and data layers built with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases. The role will also help design and develop AI-powered features, including conversational experiences such as chatbots.
 </li>
 <li>
 Designs, codes, and modifies integrated business and enterprise application solutions within various computing environments, utilizing component-based applications and various programming languages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tests applications using test-driven and behavior-driven development frameworks to ensure solution integrity, testability, maintainability, and efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducts root cause analysis, participates in code reviews, and solves complex technical problems to optimize application performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Implements CI/CD processes using DevOps automation tools and builds reusable libraries to enhance cross-team productivity and ensure successful application deployment.

 </ul>
 
 Minimum Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2 years of experience in software development or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 2 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC) through iterative agile development
 </li>
 <li>
 2 years' experience working with any of the following: frontend technologies (user interface/user experience), middleware (microservices and application programming interfaces), database technologies, or DevOps
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Skills/Experience

 2 years of experience writing technical documentation in a software environment and developing and implementing business systems within an organization.

 The primary purpose of this role is to translate business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs and to deliver code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions. This includes developing, configuring, or modifying integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions within various computing environments. This role will be working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals.
 
 
 
 What You Will Do

 Translates business requirements and specifications into logical program designs, code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions with occasional guidance from senior colleagues; partners with the product team to understand business needs and functional specifications.

 Develops, configures, or modifies integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions within various computing environments by designing and coding component-based applications using various programming languages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tests application using test-driven development and behavior-driven development frameworks to ensure the integrity of the application.

 </li>
 <li>
 Implements continuous integration/continuous delivery processes to ensure quality and efficiency in the development cycle using DevOps automation processes and tools.

 Conducts the implementation and maintenance of complex business and enterprise software solutions to ensure successful deployment of released applications.
