 Position Summary
 
 
 
 As a CNA, you will provide
 
 direct, hands-on care
 
 to residents while supporting their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
 
 
 You play a critical role in delivering
 
 high-quality, resident-centered care

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Resident Care
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
 </li>
 <li>
 Take and record vital signs
 </li>
 <li>
 Answer call lights and respond to resident needs promptly
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Clinical Support
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Document care and resident interactions accurately
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist nursing staff with treatments as directed
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Environment &amp; Safety
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow all infection control and safety protocols
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper use of PPE and equipment
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Team &amp; Resident Engagement
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote dignity, respect, and compassion in all interactions
 </li>

 Participate in training and ongoing education

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Current, active CNA certification (PA)
 </li>
 <li>
 Graduate of an approved CNA program
 </li>
 <li>

 Strong communication and teamwork skills
