 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and detail-oriented
 
 Motion Designer / Video Editor
 
 to join our team.
 
 
 The ideal candidate has 1&ndash;2 years of experience in creating compelling explainer videos and visual content. You will work closely with Product Managers, Design Leads, and the Marketing team to bring our in-house product stories to life through animation and video.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create engaging explainer/product videos to showcase platform features and capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with PMs, Design, and Marketing teams to conceptualize and execute video content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Edit and enhance raw video footage, add transitions, graphics, audio, and special effects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate complex product information into easy-to-understand visual formats.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain brand consistency across all motion content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver high-quality assets within defined timelines.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in
 
 Adobe After Effects
 
 and
 
 Adobe Premiere Pro
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of
 
 Adobe Illustrator
 
 and
 
 Photoshop
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in creating
 
 explainer videos
 
 , product videos, or marketing animations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of motion design principles, visual storytelling, and audio syncing.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred (Nice to Have):
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Knowledge or experience with
 
 3D animation
 
 </li>
 <li>
 tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, or Element 3D.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of UI/UX or product demos.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in a tech or SaaS product company.
 </li>
