POSITION SUMMARY:</div><div></div>
The Welder is responsible for performing welding operations in a manufacturing environment, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in accordance with production specifications. This role may include operating automated equipment, performing manual welding, and working with various materials depending on the area of assignment.<div></div><div>

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to perform accurate welding operations.</li><li>
Select and set up appropriate welding equipment, tools, and materials.</li><li>
Perform welding operations safely and efficiently, meeting production schedules and quality standards.</li><li>
Inspect completed welds for quality, consistency, and compliance with specifications.</li><li>
Maintain equipment and perform routine preventive maintenance.</li><li>
Follow all safety policies and procedures, including PPE usage and proper handling of materials.</li><li>
Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements.</li><li>

Robotic/Process Welder:</i></div><ul><li><i>
Operate, monitor, and maintain robotic welding systems.</i></li><li><i>
Inspect robotic welds, rework MIG welds, monitor parameters, maintain inspection records.</i></li><li><i>
Program robotic welding equipment for automated production runs.</i></li><li><i>
Troubleshoot and adjust robot settings to maintain weld quality and production efficiency.</i></li><li><i>
Work closely with engineers and technicians to optimize robotic processes.</i></li><li><i>
Maintain documentation related to robot operation, maintenance, and quality checks.</i></li></ul><div></div><div><i>
MIG (GMAW) Welder:</i></div><ul><li><i>
Perform MIG welding on components, assemblies, or structures according to specifications.</i></li><li><i>
Select appropriate wire, shielding gas, and parameters for the material and application.</i></li><li><i>
Ensure welds meet production and quality standards, including appearance and structural integrity.</i></li><li><i>
Assist in setup and maintenance of MIG welding equipment.</i></li></ul><div></div><div><i>
Spot/Resistance Welder:</i></div><ul><li><i>
Perform resistance spot welding operations on sheet metal assemblies.</i></li><li><i>
Maintain proper electrode alignment, pressure, and timing to ensure consistent weld quality.</i></li><li><i>
Monitor equipment for wear and performance issues, performing basic maintenance as needed.</i></li><li><i>

JOB QUALIFICATIONS</div><div>
Education: High school diploma or equivalent, technical training, or certifications are preferred.</div><div>
Experience: Proven experience in one or more welding processes relevant to the specialization. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.</div><div>
Required Skills:</div><ul><li>
Basic PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Work, Outlook).</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.</li><li>
Knowledge of weld symbols, tolerances, and metallurgy basics.</li><li>
Familiarity with welding inspection tools (calipers, gauges, microscopes, weld cameras).</li><li>
Experience with weld process optimization (adjusting parameters to reduce defects).</li><li>
Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>
Knowledge of welding safety standards and procedures.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li></ul><div>

AWS (American Welding Society) certification.</li><li>

POSITION SUMMARY:</div><div></div>
The Data Governance Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely creation and maintenance of item master data, bills of material (BOM&rsquo;s), and routes for both new and existing company products. This role accumulates and verifies costs for new products as well as modifying and verifying costs for existing items in response to design and manufacturing change requests.<div></div><div>

Respond to questions related to change actions and data integrity.</li><li>

JOB QUALIFICATIONS</div><div>
Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, Data Analytics or another related field is preferred.</div><div>
Experience: No additional experience required, if degreed. Minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP systems, production planning, engineering or costing/labor standards, if non-degreed.</div><div>
Required Skills:</div><ul><li>
Demonstrated proficiency in basic mathematics (fractions, decimals, conversions).</li><li>
Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting data policy and engineering specifications.</li><li>
Intermediate to Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite preferred).</li><li>
