 Job Summary
 
 
 
 LP Analyst is seeking a proactive and people-focused professional to join our HR team as a People and Culture Manager. In this role, you will help shape and enhance the employee experience across the firm by managing onboarding, benefits, culture-building initiatives, and key HR processes such as performance reviews. You will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for employee questions and coordinate programs that foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing workplace.

 Responsibilities And Duties

 Oversee the onboarding and offboarding experience, ensuring smooth transitions and a consistent, culture-focused employee journey
 </li>

 Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions on HR policies, benefits, and programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage benefit plan administration in partnership with our benefits broker, including employee communications, enrollment changes, and open enrollment logistics and COBRA administration
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate the firm&rsquo;s annual performance review process, including timeline planning, communications, tracking completion, and supporting managers through the process
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee recruiting processes and strategy, partnering with internal recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and consistent candidate experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal teams and provide guidance to the office manager to plan and oversee culture and engagement initiatives, including events, recognition programs, and employee surveys
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and deliver HR-related training programs (e.g., compliance training, management development sessions, DEI initiatives), leveraging external resources as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Support managers with employee relations matters, documentation, and follow-up actions
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor HR trends, recommend process improvements, and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture across the firm
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications And Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 4&ndash;6 years of HR experience in a high-growth corporate environment, preferably in financial services
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with benefits administration, HR compliance, and employee relations required
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with performance review processes and HRIS systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with employees and managers at all levels
 </li>

 LP Analyst is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst &amp; Project Manager (BA/PM) to join our growing team. This role plays a critical function in connecting business priorities with technical execution, driving the successful delivery of both operational improvements and strategic product initiatives.
 
 
 As we expand our platform&rsquo;s capabilities and scale our internal operations, this role will bring greater focus and coordination to project execution. You will lead efforts to define business needs, manage cross-team collaboration, streamline workflows, and ensure projects stay aligned with strategic goals.  Key Responsibilities

 Oversee the functional requirements and backlog for our SQL&ndash;backed internal application, which processes large volumes of financial data

 Use basic SQL queries, Excel, and Power BI to validate requirements, perform data checks, and support testing
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and validate detailed business and functional requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a problem solver by breaking down ambiguous business challenges into actionable tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive clarity and accountability through documentation, process mapping, and project tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Asana)
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support strategic planning efforts
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate internal teams to manage timelines, priorities, and resources across multiple concurrent projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate planning, progress tracking, and status updates to ensure milestones are met and risks are mitigated
