<div>The Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager supports Account Managers in servicing commercial insurance accounts. This includes tasks such as loss runs, proposals and pre-renewals, billing inquiries, processing endorsements, claims follow-up, underwriting requests, and occasional quoting. This role follows the agency's service standards and ensures accurate, timely work that upholds the agency's quality expectations.
Primary Responsibilities
<ul><li>Provide technical support to Account Managers</li><li>
Request loss runs</li><li>
Review audits and request worksheets when needed</li><li>
Prepare proposals and pre-renewals</li><li>
Process advanced endorsements</li><li>
Follow up on claims</li><li>
Complete policy check-ins</li><li>
Communicate with underwriters</li><li>
Add or delete equipment as required</li></ul>

<ul><li>Follow established workflows to ensure efficient and accurate processing</li><li>
Maintain positive and effective relationships with clients, coworkers, carriers, vendors, and business partners</li><li>
Stay informed on industry updates, new products, legislation, coverage changes, and technology</li><li>
Communicate clearly with others and collaborate to support agency goals</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
<ul><li>Minimum of one year of commercial insurance experience</li><li>
Advanced certificate processing skills</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication</li><li>
Ability to interpret written and verbal instructions and understand abstract information</li><li>
Strong attention to detail</li><li>
Familiarity with AMS360 and ImageRight</li><li>
Ability to process written and digital materials visually</li><li>
Active Property and Casualty license required for remote work</li><li>
Knowledge of insurance products and markets</li><li>
Ability to manage complex tasks with multiple variables</li></ul></div>
