Role Overview</b></p><br>

<p>
This role supports the effective implementation of client responsible sourcing programs by working directly with suppliers leading up to and following audits. The CAP and Remediation Program Manager plays a critical role in helping suppliers <b>understand client expectations</b>, <b>navigate remediation requirements</b>, and <b>develop and implement effective Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)</b> to drive sustained improvement.</p>

The role works closely with the client and internal teams to ensure remediation activities are practical, timely, and aligned with program objectives.</p>

<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><br>

Supplier Engagement &amp; Remediation Support</b></p><br>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as a primary point of contact for a <b>subset of client suppliers post‑audit</b>, providing clear guidance on audit findings, remediation expectations, and timelines.</li>
<li>Support suppliers in <b>understanding client requirements</b> related to corrective actions, continuous improvement, and responsible sourcing expectations.</li>
<li>Work directly with suppliers to <b>develop, review, and refine Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)</b>, with a focus on feasibility, root‑cause alignment, and sustainable improvement.</li>
<li>Provide hands‑on guidance and best‑practice recommendations to help suppliers address <b>high‑risk, recurring, or systemic findings</b>.</li>
<li>Monitor CAP progress, follow up with suppliers on implementation status, and escalate risks or delays as appropriate.</li>
<li>Contribute to building supplier capability and accountability beyond audit closure, supporting a shift from compliance‑driven to improvement‑oriented outcomes.</li></ul><br>

</p><p><b>Program Delivery &amp; Coordination</b></p><br>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the execution of client responsible sourcing and risk monitoring programs in line with agreed timelines and scope.</li>
<li>Review audit reports and other risk intervention outputs, with particular attention to <b>critical issues, repeat findings, and remediation quality</b>.</li>
<li>Coordinate closely with client and program management teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on remediation expectations.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate program documentation, trackers, and systems related to audits, CAPs, and supplier engagement.</li>
<li>Ensure internal guidance, SOPs, and working instructions are followed and updated to reflect client expectations and SOW requirements.</li>
<li>Support ad‑hoc program activities as needed.</li></ul><br>

</p><p><b>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting</b></p><br>

<li>Track supplier remediation performance and CAP progress to support internal and client reporting.</li>
<li>Contribute to trend analysis related to audit findings, remediation quality, and recurring issues.</li>
<li>Support preparation of reports and dashboards related to supplier performance, risk exposure, and remediation outcomes.</li>
<li>Respond accurately and efficiently to client and internal data requests related to remediation and program performance.</li></ul><br>

</p><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></p><br>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent professional experience.</li>
<li>8+ years of experience in ethical sourcing, labor compliance, social risk monitoring, or responsible sourcing programs (brand/retailer or service provider).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of <b>audit methodologies, codes of conduct, and corrective action processes</b>.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience working directly with suppliers on <b>audit follow‑up, remediation, and improvement planning</b>.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in <b>English</b>; other languages preferred.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience using Excel, PowerBI, and related data tools.</li>
<li>Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and time zones.</li>
<li>Able to work independently with a high level of integrity.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel periodically as required.</li></ul><br>
