Role Overview</b></p>
<p><b>
Audit Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct business assurance assessments within your area of specialization, following LRQA procedures and agreed timelines.</li>
<li>Lead assessment teams, ensuring visits are completed on schedule and findings are consolidated into clear conclusions.</li>
<li>Produce high-quality assessment reports that meet accreditation requirements and internal standards.</li>
<li>Keep internal stakeholders informed of changes, escalating issues when necessary.</li>
<li>Identify and share opportunities, sales leads, and client feedback with relevant colleagues.</li>
<li>Maintain professional competence through continuous learning, CPD records, and updated professional registrations.</li>
<li>Build strong client relationships and actively contribute to Assessor meetings.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Verification Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage verification projects end-to-end, from kick-off to delivery of final reports and statements.</li>
<li>Engage directly with clients, clearly communicating data requests, findings, and recommendations.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with LRQA&rsquo;s internal standards and the reporting criteria required for verification.</li>
<li>Lead verifications for diverse clients across global facilities, with travel primarily within MEA and occasional international assignments.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Candidate Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience conducting certification audits for <b>ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001</b> with an IAF-recognized Certification Body.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of greenhouse gas emissions and sustainability data reporting schemes.</li>
<li>Completed <b>ISO 14064-1 &amp; 2 training courses</b>.</li>
<li>Proven experience supporting GHG verification projects with an IAF-recognized Certification Body.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, professional presentation, and strong IT proficiency.</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.</li>
<li>Ability to represent LRQA with authority and credibility at senior industry levels.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Native Arabic speaker.</li>
<li>Experience in the oil &amp; gas sector.</li>
<li>Data analytics expertise using Excel or equivalent tool</li>
</ul>

About the Role: Regional Analyst, Program Management</b></p>
<p>
This role supports a key LRQA client by driving <b>social compliance and sustainability initiatives</b> across global supply chains. You will collaborate with the Program Lead, Data Analyst, and LRQA teams to meet client expectations and deliver against our Statement of Work (SOW). Acting as a liaison between the client, vendors, and factories, you will ensure smooth program execution and represent the client externally and internally.</p><p><br>
<b>
Key Responsibilities:
</b></p><p><b>Supplier Management &amp; Communication</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the regional expert on client assessment requirements and manage the risk monitoring program.</li>
<li>Provide clear guidance to suppliers, respond to inquiries, and maintain updated systems and documentation.</li>
<li>Plan and monitor assessment execution, ensuring timely audits and interventions, and escalate issues as needed.</li>
<li>Review audit reports for quality and critical issues; track and support corrective action plans (CAPs).</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Data &amp; Process Support</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage Sedex profiles and data uploads using client templates.</li>
<li>Deploy e-learning and refer suppliers to relevant training sessions.</li>
<li>Maintain internal SOPs and guidance to meet client expectations and SOW obligations.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Reporting &amp; Performance Measurement</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Keep systems and trackers accurate and up to date for client access.</li>
<li>Partner with Data Analyst to report KPIs, including turnaround times, quality logs, and issue alerts.</li>
<li>Provide monthly updates and quarterly trend reports to client regional offices.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Collaboration &amp; Travel</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Liaise with client teams and LRQA global staff to ensure program success.</li>
<li>Travel as needed for client meetings and business development.</li></ul><br>
