Job Title: HR ManagerLanguage Must Know: Hindi, English and TamilLocation: LS Mills Limited, Theni, Tamil Nadu Industry: Textile &amp; Weaving Department: Human Resources Reporting To: DGM &ndash; HRTiming: 8.30am to 5.30pmKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition</li><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for weaving and allied departments</li><li>Develop sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines</li><li>Conduct interviews, onboarding, and induction programs</li><li>Payroll Management</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing</li><li>Handle salary revisions, incentives, and statutory deductions</li><li>Statutory Compliance</li><li>Administer and ensure compliance with ESI, EPF, and other labor laws</li><li>Maintain records and liaise with government authorities</li><li>Legal &amp; Industrial Relations</li><li>Handle labor law compliance, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions</li><li>Represent the company in labor inspections and audits</li><li>Employee Engagement &amp; Welfare</li><li>Organize welfare activities, training programs, and employee feedback initiatives</li><li>Promote a positive work culture and retention strategies</li><li>HR Operations &amp; Documentation</li><li>Maintain employee records, HRIS systems, and MIS reporting</li><li>Draft HR policies and ensure adherence across departments</li></ul>Desired Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Master's degree MSW in HR, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in textile/weaving/manufacturing industries</li><li>Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act, and statutory compliance</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multi-level workforce and union interactions</li><li>Hindi language proficiency is an added advantage for workforce communication</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits</li><li>Opportunity to work in a leading textile enterprise</li><li>Professional growth and learning environment</li><li>Inclusive and collaborative workplace culture</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
